In order to rent a vehicle, the renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 1 year. Age and license requirements may vary depending on the vehicle group: - Economy group: Minimum 21 years old and 1 year driving license - Mid-size vehicles: Minimum 23–25 years old and 2 years driving license - Premium / luxury vehicles: Minimum 27–30 years old and 3 years driving license Foreign customers must present a valid international driving license or a driver’s license accepted in Turkey.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Rental options include: - Daily rental: Minimum 24 hours - Long-term rental: 30 days or more If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time, additional charges may apply.
The rental fee must be paid at the beginning of the rental period. Payments are accepted by credit card issued in the name of the renter. A security deposit (pre-authorization) will be blocked on the credit card depending on the vehicle category. The deposit will be released after the vehicle is returned without damage, traffic penalties, or additional charges. The release of the blocked amount may take 3–10 business days, depending on the bank procedures.
Rental prices generally include the following services: - Mandatory traffic insurance - Vehicle damage protection (with certain limitations) - VAT (Value Added Tax) - Standard mileage allowance Mileage limits may apply depending on the vehicle group and rental duration.
The following optional services may be available for an additional fee: - Additional driver - Child / baby seat - Navigation device - Highway toll system (HGS / toll charges) - Mini damage insurance - Personal accident insurance - One-way rental service
Vehicles are delivered with the fuel level stated in the rental agreement and must be returned with the same fuel level. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the missing fuel amount and a service fee may be charged.
Only the drivers listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle. For an additional driver: - The additional driver must meet all rental requirements - The driver must be registered in the rental agreement - An additional fee may apply If the vehicle is driven by someone not listed in the contract, insurance coverage may become invalid.
The vehicle must be returned at the date, time, and location specified in the rental agreement. In case of delays: - Additional charges may apply - A grace period may be applied depending on company policy - One-way drop-off fees may apply if the vehicle is returned to a different location
The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, toll charges, parking fees, and penalties incurred during the rental period. These charges may be collected at the end of the rental period or deducted from the deposit.
In case of an accident or damage, the renter must: 1. Inform the police or relevant authorities immediately 2. Obtain an official accident report 3. Notify the rental company as soon as possible Failure to follow these procedures may result in the loss of insurance coverage.
Reservations can be made through the website, by phone, or at the rental office. Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the reservation type. Prepaid reservations must be canceled within the specified time period to qualify for a refund.
